The digital creation process takes about 30-45 minutes. Once you approve your book, you can immediately download your digital PDF. Your printed book (softcover or hardcover) ships within 5-7 business days.

Our books are designed for children aged 3-12 years. During creation, you select the age group (3-5, 6-8, or 9-12), and we tailor the vocabulary, storylines, and themes to be age-appropriate. See our complete age guide.

Clear, well-lit photos with the person's face clearly visible work best. The person should be at least half-body visible. Front-facing photos are ideal. We can work with various images, but better photo quality results in better character styling.

Yes! You can include up to 4 characters in your story. Each character needs their own photo, and you can specify their relationship to the main character (sibling, friend, parent, etc.).

We offer 6 illustration styles: 3D Animated (Pixar-like), Watercolor, Cartoon, Sketch, Vintage, and Fantasy. Each style creates a unique look for your book while maintaining character consistency.

Yes! After we generate your story, you can edit the text on each page to perfect it. You have unlimited text edits before finalizing your book.

Every book includes 5 revisions that you can use across character styling or illustration generation. Use them wisely to perfect the most important elements of your book.

Yes, we take privacy seriously. Photos are used solely for creating your book and are processed securely. We use trusted AI services (OpenAI) for image generation. Your data is never shared for marketing purposes without explicit consent. Learn more about our photo safety practices.

Every package includes a professionally printed book (softcover or hardcover), digital PDF download, custom story, character styling, illustration generation, FREE activity sheets, and 5 revisions. Choose from 12, 16, or 20 page books.

Yes! Our Character Library feature automatically saves your styled characters, so you can reuse them in future books without having to restyle them. This is great for creating book series!

We want you to love your book! If there are issues with the illustrations, you can use your included regenerations to improve specific elements. For technical issues or concerns, please contact our support team.

Due to the personalized nature of our books and the computational resources used, we have a limited refund policy. Please see our refund policy page for details. We do offer support to ensure you're happy with your book.

Currently, our service is available in English only. We're working on adding support for additional languages in the future.

You have 5 revisions included to regenerate any illustrations or character styling you're not happy with. During the creation process, you approve each illustration before moving forward, so you can ensure everything looks perfect.

Yes! Every book includes space for a personalized dedication message on the inside cover. You can write a heartfelt note, include the date, or add any special message you'd like.

Yes! Grandparents can create books from anywhere in the world. You can either ship the printed book directly to your grandchild's address, or download the digital PDF and print it locally.

We use premium quality paper for all our books. Softcover books feature 80lb glossy paper. Hardcover books use the same high-quality paper with a durable, library-grade hardcover binding designed to withstand years of bedtime reading.

Due to the personalized nature of our books, we can only accept returns for printing defects or shipping damage. If your book arrives damaged or has a printing error, please contact us within 14 days with photos and we'll send a replacement.

For ages 3-5, we recommend 12 pages with simpler stories. Ages 5-8 do great with 16 pages, which allows for more story development. Ages 8+ enjoy our 20-page books with more complex adventures. All packages include activity sheets! Read our complete age guide for detailed recommendations.

Absolutely! Once you style a character, they're saved to your Character Library. You can create a whole series of adventures featuring the same character without needing to re-upload photos or re-style them.
